Booking The Morrell Room

The Morrell Room is available for hire by local organisations and individuals

The cost of hiring the Room is £10.50 per hour

For use of the kitchen there is an additional charge 0f £15 per booking

To hire the Morrell Room:

Please contact the Hall Caretaker to see if the date you require is available

The Hall Caretaker will confirm if your date is available and if so enter it in the Hall Diary

To complete your booking print off the Hire Agreement below,  complete and forward as instructed

In the event of cancellation, we request you give as much notice as possible out of courtesy to others who may wish to use the Hall

If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee

If your event involves the supply or sale of alcohol, you will need to gain a Temporary Event Notice, forms and guidance are available on this page

 

Please note that current license arrangements preclude the use of amplified music after 6pm, which limits its suitability for evening parties

Room Capacity

The number of persons present on the premises shall not exceed 110 : (plus kitchen staff, attendants, helpers and supervisory staff):

Our Conditions of Hire, Safeguarding Policy and Risk Assessments are important documents and are available below, please read them

By signing the Hire Agreement you confirm that you have read and understood these documents and have agreed to abide by the conditions as stated
